I provide therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and more. Each session is personalized to your unique needs.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.

Standard sessions are 55 minutes. Some sessions, such as intakes or workshops, may be much shorter and longer.

Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions in addition to limited in-person appointments for flexibility and convenience.

You can schedule through my website, by phone, or by emailing me directly. New clients will complete an intake form as well as assessments prior to the first session.

Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
